Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery is generally 7–14 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control.

We offer FREE standard shipping on all U.S. orders, unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

You can also track your package directly on our website at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page and entering your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours after receiving your tracking number for the carrier’s tracking information to update.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping information is complete and accurate before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, we cannot guarantee that the shipping address can be changed.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package is significantly delayed or appears to be lost, please contact us and we’ll help investigate the shipment.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check around your property, with household members or neighbors, and with the shipping carrier before contacting us.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and details about the issue so we can make it right.

International Shipping

International shipping availability and estimated delivery times will be displayed at checkout when available. International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their country.
